How are Orbitex products packaged?

Products in our Premium programme are professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition, just like a new machine. Each product is boxed and placed on a custom-made pallet with additional protection for secure shipping. For further information, please contact an Orbitex Trading representative.

Delivery time

Orbitex Trading is committed to delivering purchased products within the terms outlined in the business-technical cooperation agreement, depending on stock availability and delivery address. These delivery terms are defined in the technical cooperation contract. Any deviation from the agreed timelines must be documented and mutually approved by both parties in writing. Please note that Sundays, holidays, and other non-working days are not included in the delivery time.

Delivery restrictions

If delivery is not possible due to incomplete address information or restricted access, the delivery will be suspended and the products returned to Orbitex Trading. The Customer will be notified accordingly. Delivery may also be paused due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, or public events. In such cases, Orbitex Trading will make every effort to contact the Customer and arrange an alternative delivery date.

Our products are packed securely to prevent damage during handling. A contract is considered finalised once the Customer places an order and receives an Order Confirmation via email. This includes completing the necessary online form to purchase products and services.

Fee and delivery terms

Fees and delivery costs are specified in the business and technical cooperation contract, as well as on the Order. Delivery fees are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The Customer is required to check the number of packages and inspect for any possible damages upon receipt. Any missing or damaged items should be noted on the delivery receipt. Missing or damaged products will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible.

      Delivery time
      Orbitex Trading will make every effort to deliver the purchased products within the terms defined in the business-technical cooperation agreement, depending on the stock and delivery address.
       
      The terms of delivery of goods and services are defined by the contract on technical business cooperation.
      Any deviation from the deadlines must be agreeded and approved in writing by both contracting parties
       
      Sundays, holidays and other non-working days are not included in the delivery time.
       
      Delivery restrictions
      If, due to incomplete information on the delivery address or obstructed access, the delivery is not possible or becomes difficult, the delivery will be suspended and the products will be returned to Orbitex Trading, of which the Customer will be informed.
       
      Delivery can also be suspended for reasons of force majeure, events, actions or circumstances that could not be foreseen, including the following but not limited to: natural and elemental disasters, closed roads due to weather, or the arrival of foreign delegations, damage or work on road, facility or installations, demonstrations or gatherings. In that case, Orbitex Trading will make every effort to contact the customer in a timely manner and agree on another delivery date.
       
      The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by handling.
       
      The contract is considered concluded after the Customer orders certain products, i.e. receives a confirmation of the Order via email. The Order also includes filling out an online/electronic form that the Buyer fills out and sends to the Seller to purchase products and services.
      Fee and delivery terms
      The amount of fees and the obligation to pay delivery costs is defined in the contract on business and technical cooperation, it is stated on the Order, and it is calculated in accordance with the weight of the package, dimensions, as well as the delivery address.
       
      The customer is obliged to immediately check the number of packages and identify possible damages when taking over the Order.
       
      If it is found that some products are missing or damaged at the time of collection, this must be indicated on the receipt of collection (delivery note) of the delivery service.
       
      The missing products will be delivered free of charge as soon as possible; the same applies if a damaged product is delivered to the Customer.
